📦 Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or damaged.
However, we accept returns in the following cases:
- You received a wrong item
- You received a damaged or defective product
- The product arrived leaking or broken
⏰ Return Request Time
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted
🔁 Refunds & Replacements
- After review, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (if replacement is unavailable)
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)
